Fair Play Enforced

General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and apk333 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online betting and casino services available at apk333.vip. By accessing the platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing a bet of any kind, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by every provision contained herein.

1.1 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
apk333 provides its services to players located in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. apk333 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is legal in all locations. 1.3 Acceptance by Use

Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Verification of Eligibility

Account Registration

3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your apk333 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. apk333 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.2 One Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold only one active apk333 account at any time. If apk333 identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — all associated accounts will be reviewed. Duplicate accounts may be closed and any balances or bonuses held in those accounts may be forfeited at apk333's sole discretion.
3.3 Accurate Information
The name, date of birth, and contact details registered on your apk333 account must match the information on the identity documents you provide during KYC verification. Any discrepancy discovered between registered information and identity documentation may result in account suspension pending clarification. Deliberate misrepresentation of personal information constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4.1 Minimum and Maximum Transactions
The minimum deposit on the apk333 platform is ৳200. Individual payment methods may carry their own minimum and maximum transaction limits, which are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of initiating a transaction. apk333 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time. 4.2 Deposit Processing

4.4 Withdrawal to Source
As a general policy, apk333 requires that withdrawals be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to maintain the integrity of the platform's financial operations. Where a withdrawal to the original deposit method is not possible, apk333 support will work with the player to identify an acceptable alternative.
4.5 Transaction Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered during deposits and withdrawals are accurate. apk333 cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect account, mobile number, or bank account number due to an error made by the player at the time of entry. Always double-check all payment details before confirming any financial transaction on the platform.
Bonus Policy

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time of issuance, in addition to the general bonus policy set out in this section.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds credited to a player account are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total value of qualifying bets that must be placed using bonus funds before any portion of those bonus funds — or winnings derived from bonus funds — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms at the time the bonus is offered.
5.2 Eligible Games
Not all games on the apk333 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, live casino games, and selected slot titles typically contribute 100% of each bet toward the wagering requirement. Some games — including certain jackpot slots and low-margin table games — may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations. The contribution rates for each game category are specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
5.3 Bonus Expiry
All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to an expiry period, which is stated at the time the bonus is credited. If the wagering requirement has not been met by the expiry date, any remaining bonus funds and any winnings generated from those bonus funds will be forfeited automatically. apk333 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
5.4 Bonus Abuse
apk333 actively monitors accounts for patterns of behaviour indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, and coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, apk333 reserves the right to void the applicable bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account concerned.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on the apk333 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, market, or game type, as published in the relevant rules section of the platform. In addition to those specific rules, the following general betting rules apply to all activity on the apk333 platform.
6.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit bet confirmation message from the apk333 platform, including a unique bet reference number. apk333 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on markets where odds have been published in error. The display of odds on the platform does not constitute an offer to accept a bet at those odds; acceptance occurs only when a confirmation is issued.
6.2 Void Bets
A bet may be declared void and the stake refunded to the player's account balance in the following circumstances: the event or match is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play period has been completed; the odds were published as a result of a manifest error; the bet was placed on a market that is subsequently suspended due to integrity concerns; or the outcome cannot be determined within a reasonable period following the scheduled event time.
6.3 In-Play Betting
In-play (live) betting markets on the apk333 sportsbook are updated in real time during the course of each event. apk333 cannot guarantee that in-play odds reflect the true current state of play at the exact moment a bet is confirmed, as there may be a brief delay between on-field events and market updates. Bets that are confirmed on in-play markets are settled based on the outcome of the event, not the state of play at the moment the bet was struck.
6.4 Casino Game Rules
All casino games available on the apk333 platform — including live casino titles from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi — are governed by the rules of the individual game as provided by the relevant game studio. In the event of a discrepancy between an on-screen result and a server-side result, the server-side result, as recorded in apk333's transaction logs, shall be considered the definitive outcome. Technical malfunctions during a game round may result in that round being voided and the stake being returned.
6.5 Responsible Use of the Platform
Players are expected to use the apk333 platform in good faith at all times. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, glitches, or system errors for financial gain is strictly prohibited. Winnings derived from the exploitation of a platform error will not be paid out and the account concerned may be suspended pending a full review. apk333 accepts no liability for losses incurred by players as a result of technical issues that are beyond our reasonable control.
Account Suspension & Closure
apk333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that one or more of the following circumstances apply.
- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The account holder has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or in any communication with apk333.
- The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
- The account is being used in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
- The account has been involved in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other activity deemed to be in bad faith by apk333.
- The account holder is subject to a self-exclusion agreement on the apk333 platform or on any affiliated platform.
- apk333 is required to close the account to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or the instructions of a competent authority.
7.1 Player-Initiated Closure
You may request the closure of your apk333 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to processing a closure request, apk333 will confirm your identity and ensure that all pending withdrawals have been processed. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, provided that the account is in good standing and no outstanding disputes exist.
7.2 Effect of Closure
Upon closure of your account, all unused bonus funds and free bets will be forfeited. Winnings derived from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement will also be forfeited. apk333 will retain your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable data retention obligations under law.
Liability & Disclaimer
The apk333 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While apk333 takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous platform availability, we do not warrant that access to the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.
8.1 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apk333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: your use of or inability to access the platform; any loss of data, profits, revenue, or opportunity arising from platform downtime or technical malfunction; any decision made by you based on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform; or any unauthorised access to your account that does not result from a failure on apk333's part to maintain reasonable security standards.
8.2 Third-Party Game Providers
Games available on the apk333 platform are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. apk333 acts as the operator of these games but is not the developer or publisher of the underlying game software. While apk333 contracts exclusively with reputable, internationally certified game providers, we do not accept liability for software defects, errors, or malfunctions originating within third-party game engines that are beyond our reasonable control.
8.3 Accuracy of Information
apk333 makes every effort to ensure that odds, statistics, match information, and promotional content displayed on the platform are accurate at the time of publication. 8.4 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless apk333, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your breach of these Terms; your use of the platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation; your infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights or rights of privacy; or any fraudulent or dishonest conduct by you in connection with your apk333 account.
8.5 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any supplementary terms applicable to specific products or promotions, constitute the entire agreement between you and apk333 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by apk333 of any breach of these Terms shall be considered a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
